Tried the recovery sampler package and it was an awesome experience. I got to try the Normatec leg compression, red light sauna, and cryotherapy. All of it was new for me. As a runner who just did 10 miles, the cryo was hands down my favorite. It legit sorted me out almost instantly. Super cool to try different recovery sessions in one visit. Definitely coming back and bringing friends with me. Highly recommend!!

This is an excellent recovery facility. I tried the Normatec boots for the first time and it helped relive the soreness I had in my legs. The staff was great and the prices were affordable. I will definitely go back and will recommend this facility to anyone.

Received a membership as a Christmas gift for Sauna/Cold Plunge, but also included in my membership was NormaTec compression therapy. I had been dealing with a deadlifting injury that had kept me out of the gym with pain and stiffness everyday in my hips and lower back. The NormaTec hip compression attachment is INCREDIBLY helpful and my mobility is back and the pain/stiffness is just about gone in my hips and lower back...it was a blessing to find.

In addition the staff is very friendly/helpful and the facility is always super clean. If you're looking into sauna/cold plunge with the ability to recover with compression then look into the memberships, it's been great!

I had a great experience at Athlete Recovery Room! I came in for an Assisted Stretching appointment through the ClassPass app, and I worked with Althea, the owner. We worked on hip and shoulder mobility and I was able to achieve a lot of stretches that I otherwise wouldnt be able to physically do on my own. She was also very intentional and mindful during the entire session, making sure the stretches were tolerable, not too painful or uncomfortable, if I could notice a difference with different stretches, etc. Ill definitely come back again soon!

This is an amazing spot for anyone focused on health and wellness. I regularly use their infrared sauna, red light therapy, and cold plunge, and the benefits for my recovery and overall well-being have been soooooooo good. The services help both physically and mentally, and the flexible booking hours make it easy to fit sessions into my day. I feel really grateful for this place. Highly recommend to anyone looking to prioritize their health!

I had an awesome experience at Athlete Recovery Room! I did the full-body Cryo, Normatec, and assisted stretching, and felt amazing afterward. The Cryo really helped with muscle soreness, and the stretching was exactly what I needed to loosen up. The staff was friendly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking to recover the right way!

I highly recommend!! My massage with Gabby went really well.
On first impression, the building its in seemed a little sketch, but the staff was friendly and knew what they were talking about. After reviewing my paperwork from check-in, Gabby asked multiple questions to make sure she understood what my goals for the session were, and explained why she did certain releases the way she did throughout. I really appreciated her communication, and she did a great job on the massage itself.

We are visiting from California, here for a cheer competition and found ARR via yelp.
Our daughter, 9, injured her elbow and we knew red light and cryo were the way to go.
Athlete Recovery Room was so accommodating! We phoned to make an appointment and they fit us right in. They were so welcoming and made us so comfortable for our daughter.
They were informative on what would be most helpful and so knowledgeable about each therapy available and their benefits.
We did red light therapy and Cryo and came back for a second visit.
It helped and improved mobility as well as reducing the pain in her elbow.
We were so blessed by their kindness and heart to help our daughter feel better.
Because of them, our daughter was able to compete with confidence and move on to finals.
Finals are tomorrow and we had to come in for another treatment because we were so appreciative of the results.

This place is my go to for recovery during running season! The staff is so helpful and accommodating! Being able to drop in post long run or race - get some needed recovery (cyro and boots my go to) - ensure Im ready for the next run! Their recovery parties are a must for any running group or club!

Great at looking after your body in whatever you need

This place is my haven. About a year ago I got very big into weight lifting again, and because of ARR I can workout like Im 20 again. Im 38 and Ive never felt better. Cryo is incredible, the sauna is so nice, and the compression sleeves . Ive even noticed Im happier in general

I love all the recovery options! Cryro has been my go to for recovery after challenging workouts or long runs. NormaTec is the cherry on top providing compression massage to achy muscles.

Friendly competent staff, broad range of services and great prices!

Both of my daughters play sports and definitely get much needed recovery during and after 2, 3, and 4-day tournaments and tough practices. I first brought my eldest here to help keep her recovery on track after an injury. The Normatec and cryo really helped and continue to. It's definitely been a great experience in every way and we've nothing but nice things to say. I only wish my girls could take them on the road for their travel tournaments.

Was able to schedule with Gaby the day before my visit and was so grateful she was available. Had a back spasm issue that Im trying to deal with and she absolutely helped me with it. I left feeling relaxed and ready to schedule my next visit. I also want to note that the owner reached out to me to help walk me through a scheduling issue (didnt even turn out to be an issue) that Gaby alerted her to. All in all, highly recommend, dont know another business that is so hands on and also delivers above and beyond.

I love this place! Great owner and staff. They really care about their customers health and well-being. The Cryotherapy is a lifesaver. It makes me feel 20 years younger and relieves all of my aches and pains.

Athlete Recovery Room is a great place to receive many treatments you cant find a lot of places in Central Florida. The cryo whole body chamber and spot cryo treatments you can receive on specific body parts, including face, are amazing and have so many positive benefits!

The team at Athlete Recovery Room really knows their stuff. Highly recommend. Brought my daughter here after suffering a sprained ankle playing volleyball. They recommended the local cryo and the NormaTech that together really reduced the swelling in just a few days. They even let us rent the NormaTech equipment to bring to our next tournament to continue the treatments on our own schedule while out of town. Great job Althea and we really appreciated your expertise and that of your outstanding staff.

Their sampler package pulled me in last Fall (I had never done cryo, sauna, or Normatec before), and I was hooked from that point. I'm now a member, and regularly visit on weekend for 30+ minutes of Normatec and then cryo/sauna 1-2 month. The staff, especially the owner Althea, are super friendly and provide good education around their services. I'm a Crossfitter, so I'm constantly beating up my body, and Athlete Recovery Room helps reduce soreness much quicker than simply doing the basics such as stretching, foam rolling, etc. Location is awesome too!

Love this place. I was having chronic back and groin pain. Consistency of cryo has gotten rid of all that and I am back on the ice playing hockey after a 6 month hiatus.

I have been to this place a couple of times, I wanted to try the chryotherapy to se if it helped with recovery, well not only they are super nice, knowledgeable and a clean place but the session of chryo was amazing; I also did the normatec boots for my legs felt really good afterwards.I can be a bit claustrophobic of small spaces and the person that helped with the chryo session was so nice about it and made me feel comfortable that I went for the whole 3 minutes, need to make time to come back. Thank you!

Ive been coming here for months and my only regret is I didnt come sooner! Ive been doing CrossFit for about 5 years and it takes a toll on the body, so having a solid recovery plan is essential. Athlete recovery room has everything you need in one place to help you restore and rejuvenate your body! I try and come at least 2-3 times a week, using a mixture of the infared sauna, cryotherapy and normatec compression sleeves. I highly recommend this for everyone! Even if you dont exercise regularly, your body will thank you for using what they have to offer!

Im in town for Pan IBJJF Jiu Jitsu 2022 and needed some last minute recovery. Extremely professional service and staff. The man that helped me was very nice and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The cryo chamber is something Ive never seen before and highly recommend it!!!! 10/10 experience and would recommend to absolutely everyone!

I started going to go to the Athlete Recovery Room because I have an injury in my hand and I have read that cryotherapy helps with inflammation.

Doing cryotherapy is hard. At least for me, but I feel that it helps my recovery process.

Everyone at the Athlete Recovery Room is very nice and supportive. They are always willing to help and explain anything I ask.

I also like that they offer Infrared Sauna, NormaTec & massage services. You should schedule a theragun session with Will, he is great!

If you stop by, ask for the Owner Althea or Will. They will take good care of you and will help you recover due to exercise or any injury.

I've been taking ny grandson there for a few months now. When asked,, the staff is always kind and willing to explain the benefits of the different forms of therapy. I was so intrigued that I also tried some of them. The ones I tried really helped me. We enjoy our experiences at the establishment.

I'm training for an IM race and the team at the ARR have all the tools and experience to keep me feeling fresh each week. I love doing the cryotherapy after my long workouts. My energy is zapped back up and my muscles feel refreshed. I'm a big believer in using red light and recovery boots to speed up healing. It helps me recover and push hard each day.
